About Onshape 3D Design
The Onshape 3D Design Program at Sri Venkateswara Temple provides students with an engaging introduction to modern computer-aided design (CAD) and 3D modeling. Through hands-on learning, students develop creativity, problem-solving abilities, and technical skills while exploring the fundamentals of digital design and engineering.
Participants learn how to create, modify, and assemble 3D models using Onshape’s cloud-based design platform. The program covers sketching, part modeling, assemblies, design concepts, and real-world engineering applications through guided projects and interactive activities.
Students also work on creative design challenges, collaborative projects, and practical exercises that encourage innovation and critical thinking. The program helps build confidence in STEM learning while preparing students with valuable skills for future studies in engineering, architecture, product design, and technology.
