HTCS BY-LAWS & GOVERNANCE
The By-laws of the Hindu Temple and Cultural Society of USA (HTCS) establish the organizational structure, membership policies, governance procedures, and operational responsibilities of the temple and community center.
These by-laws help preserve the temple’s mission, traditions, transparency, and long-term vision while ensuring smooth administration and service to the devotee community.
