Pre-Event activity Charges
- Decorations and rehearsals are free when completed within your booked event time slot.
- Decorations cannot be reserved separately as a standalone calendar booking.
- For the Auditorium, decorations are permitted only on the booked event day or a few hours prior to the event.
- For other halls, decorations may be allowed the previous day or after 8:30 PM, subject to availability; afternoon events may avoid decoration charges, though extra hour fees may apply.
- Decorations in the Kalyana Mandapam on Saturdays and holidays are strictly permitted only between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
- Rehearsals are permitted on weekdays for half-day sessions only, based on hall availability and additional applicable charges.

- Custodial staffing requirements are determined based on guest count and event-specific facility needs.
- Custodial staff can assist with cleaning, trash disposal, and general event area maintenance during your rental period.
- Additional custodial support may be hired to assist with arranging and setting up tables, chairs, and event seating if required.
- Depending on the event setup, a security guard and temple-approved audio or lighting technician may be required.
- Extending beyond your assigned booking slot may require extra staffing support and additional resource usage charges.
- Resource availability is subject to scheduling, event requirements, and temple operational approval.
